Admission fees

The Township of Frontenac Islands operates the Big Sandy Bay Management Area under a Land Use Permit from the Ministry of Nataural Resources.  During the summer season, the Township hires Dune Stewards to ensure the area is protected.  During this period, visitors by land or water are expected to contribute a fee to offset the cost of this program.
